圖書館依據館藏發展政策處理受贈書籍入藏作業，故擬捐贈私人藏書者，請事先聯繫圖書館採編組，經評估確認予以收贈後，請備妥一份捐贈圖書清單，清單上註明書名、作者、出版者、出版年等資料，自費送達至圖書館即可。
